Loams v0.1.0 is out: run the whole stack yourself with Docker Compose. See the roadmap

Loams Cloud beta

The platform is taking shape. The cloud is next.

Loams Cloud runs the open platform for you: retrieval, reactive data, durable execution, native APIs and an expanding agent ecosystem. Everything is open source under Apache-2.0, with no open core; if you would rather run it yourself with help, see services. The hosted engine is not available yet; site accounts provide access to the site's account pages. Follow the engine repository for releases, read the docs, or follow the blog.

What happens next

From implemented foundations to hosted access.

  1. Now

    Hold your place

Run the v0.1.0 stack yourself with the hosted console, or build the engine from source. A site account does not provision a hosted engine.

  2. Implemented

    The platform foundations

Hybrid retrieval, compatibility gateways, Live, Durable, Graph, Loams SQL, engine auth, native RPCs and 13 SDK runtimes are implemented. Analytics, Postgres, connectors and agent components extend that foundation.

  3. Next

    Managed engine access

Complete release and production gates, then integrate hosted provisioning. Availability, quotas and terms will be announced when the service is ready. It runs the same Apache-2.0 code you can run yourself; there is no paid edition.

  4. Planned

    BYOC

The open BYOC design brings tenant compute and operations into your cloud account, with your bucket. Full provisioning automation remains a future milestone.
